Kerrie Neale is an ICF-accredited nature-connected coach with an extensive background in business and leadership coaching, as well as a creative gardener, photographer and artist. Someone who understands, through life as much as work, that every season in unique and shared journeys carries its own wisdom.

Why Kerrie Neale as a Nature-Connected Coach?

The difference is in how Kerrie works with you — as you show up, and with what you choose to bring.

  • Listening beyond the obvious. Kerrie is known for truly listening, tracking layers and complexity, recognising patterns and acknowledging both your inner world and the wider ecosystem around you — work, relationships, environment, energy and responsibilities — so one challenge or goal is not treated in isolation.

  • Whole-person, attuned and creatively adaptive. Your way of thinking, feeling, sensing and experiencing the world is honoured first. Kerrie can take an approach, resource or idea and adapt it fluidly and creatively in collaboration with you — making it relevant to who you are, how you see the world and what you need in that moment. Rather than asking you to fit a framework, she works with your strengths, skills and values.

  • Meaning that can become sustainable change. Kerrie helps you understand your why, then supports you to shape the what, how and when in ways that feel realistic and sustainable — opening up possibilities for what to add, change or let go, strengthening self-trust, and allowing shifts in one area to ripple into others in ways that feel genuinely your own.

Clients also value:

  • The trust and psychological safety that come naturally in Kerrie’s presence — feeling at ease without effort, held without pressure and supported in client-led collaboration.

  • Her integrated attention, where the whole is honoured first and precision can be introduced without losing what matters.

  • Anchoring when thoughts drift and more steadiness is needed in what you think, feel and sense.

  • Her lifelong nature connection and active-hope orientation.

  • Her understanding that life’s seasons may call for glimmers, meaning, calm and play as much as direction.

Her work is also inclusive by design. Whether you have direct and outdoor access to nature or not, sessions are shaped to bring nature to you — indoors, online, through memory, senses and creativity — so that no one is excluded from what nature-connected coaching can offer. Kerrie has designed the approach to accommodate different locations and circumstances, with accessibility and equity in mind.

Kerrie Neale — In conversation with nature

If you've found your way here through a love of nature, slower moments or creativity, you're very welcome. Let me tell you a little more about me.

Nature has been a steady companion since early childhood and through life's undulations — holding, restoring and inspiring. It teaches us that growth is rarely linear and that every season carries its own form of renewal and evolution. My creative work as a gardener, artist and photographer grows from that same relationship.

Nature is not a backdrop to me, but a companion — a relationship that continues to shape how I notice, create and coach. Like mindful photography, there can be space for both the conscious and unconscious to come into focus, with the client holding the aperture.

How I listen, notice and respond to nature informs how I coach. My work is grounded in experience, integrity and professional training. I hold ICF accreditation because creating safe, ethical space matters deeply to me and to the people I work with.

With more than two decades of experience working with people, I understand how important balance, connection, creativity and meaning can be to a flourishing life anchored in fulfilment.

In a chaotic world, we often need places to slow down, reconnect, rediscover play and possibility, and find our own way forward as our core selves. For me, this is also part of active hope — for ourselves, for one another and for the living world around us.

People find their way to me from across the world and from all kinds of lives. Some are in the middle of something; some are at the beginning of something new. Others are following a quiet feeling they have not yet named. Sometimes we simply know that something wants to shift, but have not yet found the space to explore what that might be. That is often where coaching begins.

Glimmer Garden Coaching grew from the understanding that nature is our shared garden. As nature becomes part of the coaching conversation, we can also deepen our relationship with and investment in the living world around us, in reciprocity.

It can offer a gift of time and a space that feels like your sanctuary — somewhere to explore what you need, what you want and what matters now.

My approach is paced, compassionate and collaborative, grounded in curiosity, creativity and mutuality for each person's way of showing up. It is a privilege to witness clients nourish, grow and tend what matters in ways that feel right for them, often finding themselves, their ecosystems and the natural world flourishing in connection.

I work with the whole person, across inner and outer worlds, with care and discernment — at a pace that feels right for the client, allowing the work to unfold without pressure or expectation.

Let's go on a journey — you, nature and I.

A free 30-minute discovery conversation gives you space to ask questions, explore how we might work together and decide whether it feels right for you. There is no obligation to continue; the choice is always yours.
