Starting is simple - in 3 steps:
Step 1: Request a Free Discovery conversation
Step 2: We explore what feels helpful
Step 3: We decide together if and how to continue
-
Sessions are shaped around you.
We might talk, reflect, notice what’s present, or explore through nature, creativity, or conversation.I may offer resources if it feels supportive, always as an invitation for you to take or leave.
There’s no fixed formula. We follow what feels meaningful and useful in the moment.
-
Yes.
Not knowing is often a good place to begin.
We can explore what’s there together, at your pace . -
Not at all.
Many people begin with curiosity rather than experience.Studies from Natural England's People & Nature Survey (2020) show around 90% of people report wellbeing benefits from time in nature, yet many don’t experience it consistently.
We explore what that looks like for you, in your own way. Not everyone has access to nature so Kerrie works ..with whatever connection to nature you have — indoors, online, through memory, senses and creativity — so that everyone can benefit from nature connection as inclusively as possible. -
It’s coaching, grounded in ICF principles, with nature as part of the conversation.
Research shows that spending time in nature supports clarity, perspective, and wellbeing, with studies suggesting around 120 minutes a week in nature can make a measurable difference (White et al, 2019)
Nature also engages processes in the brain such as the Default Mode Network, which is associated with reflection, creativity, and insight. It can also support attention restoration, making it easier to think clearly and see things differently.
We use this in a way that works for you, in your own way.

People arrive with many things.
Sometimes it’s new paths or ideas they want to explore and grow into.
Sometimes it’s a transition, a sense of feeling stuck, or something not quite fitting.
Sometimes it’s cognitive overload or a need for space to think more clearly.
Sometimes it’s a pull toward creativity or play, or a desire to simplify, let things go, and find more balance.
Sometimes it’s about giving back to nature in practical ways through community projects or creating sanctuary spaces of their own.
Research in nature-based coaching shows that natural environments can reduce mental load and support reflective thinking. They can also open up a sense of playfulness, deepen awareness, and support how we make sense of what’s going on in our lives.
Over time, this can strengthen a sense of connection, meaning, and a deeper sense of satisfaction with life, often alongside a quieter sense of community or belonging.
You don’t need to have it fully defined. We start with what’s already there.
-
Sessions can be outdoors, online, or a blend of both.
We choose what suits your location, preferences, and what feels supportive.
I work with clients globally, and nature can be part of the conversation in different ways, including experience in creative approaches when being outdoors isn’t accessible.
-
Sessions are typically around 60 minutes, with space either side so they don’t feel rushed.
-
A relaxed first conversation to see how it feels to talk together.
There’s no commitment, just a chance to explore whether this could be a good fit for you. -
My role is to support you, not direct the sessions.
We begin by exploring what you would like from our time together, and check in along the way so it stays relevant to how things are unfolding for you.
I listen carefully to what’s being said, reflecting back what I hear and noticing patterns as they emerge. We work not only with what’s happening, but also the why and how, so it’s shaped around your experience.
We might work through conversation, or through noticing, the senses, or creative approaches — allowing different ways of thinking and feeling to come into view.
The pace is shaped around you. This can be a space to slow things down, restore, and reconnect before moving into growth, if that’s what’s needed.
At times we might notice whether change comes through adding something new, adapting what’s already there, or letting something go.
The focus is on what feels sustainable for you, and stays connected to what you want to bring into the sessions.
From there, we explore what wants to take shape, in a way that fits your way of thinking, feeling, and moving forward.
-
That’s completely welcome.
We start where you are, and there’s no expectation to know how coaching “works.” -
Sessions are £85, with a reduced rate available when committing to a series of sessions.
For those choosing to work together over time, a retainer block of six sessions is offered at £70 per session, paid in advance.
This reflects both my experience and a commitment to keeping nature-connected coaching accessible as the field continues to grow.
My corporate coaching work is offered at a different rate, reflecting organisational contexts. This nature-connected practice is intentionally structured to create a more accessible entry point for individual clients.
I offer a free initial conversation so we can explore what would feel most supportive and find an approach that fits you, including frequency of sessions.
I also offer a small number of concessionary 1:1 spaces.
Additional Information
Payments are taken in GBP. For clients outside the UK, the equivalent amount is based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Workshops & Gathering Spaces
For those who may prefer a small group space, these sessions offer a way to explore reflection, creativity, and nature-connected coaching alongside others.
I run small group workshops and community gatherings.
Workshops are one-off sessions from £20* , salons are three-month terms at £80.
These offerings create a shared space to explore and connect in a more collective way.
As I work with clients globally, they can also offer a sense of connection across different landscapes, perspectives, and experiences.
No prior experience is needed. It’s a gently facilitated, safe welcoming space to explore at your own pace.
Spaces are kept small to support the quality of the experience, so booking ahead is recommended.
* Workshops start at £20 per session for 2 hour tasters - price varies depending on offerings - see events page
